About Our Company

We are a family run organisation whose ethos is not profit driven. We are here to ensure that our schools’ IT equipment is up and running so that teachers can get on with the job of teaching children. Interm IT only works in education and do not have any other commercial interests.

Interm IT Limited began in September 2000. Since inception the company has evolved to 23 technicians supporting over 250 schools. We have the majority of our business in Hertfordshire with a good number of schools in Northants, Befordshire, Enfield, Barnet, Essex &  Suffolk. The majority of our new business comes through recommendations from other schools. Over the last 9 years we have seen Interm IT grow its’ schools business by over 500%. In fact we have grown every year since we began supporting schools. We like to think that this is largely down to our honest, hard-working ethos.

We believe we are the largest company of its kind operating in Hertfordshire. Our reputation remains strong and is brought about by quality consultants and technicians who work very hard on behalf of their schools. Some of our technicians have been with us since 2001 and are still working in the same schools. The relationships formed with our schools are important to both Interm IT and technicians alike, as the association allows us to feel like we are part of the school team and not just an outsourced service.

Interm IT is the only organisation in the country to have risen to the status of RM Premier Partner. In order to achieve and maintain this position Interm IT needs to adhere to a strict training matrix to ensure that our staff are trained to the highest standard. This quality of training can only be of benefit to our schools.
